RETURNS & DELIVERY

All purchases made from us are covered by 7 days money back guarantee. In the very rare cases when the goods purchased does not meet your expectations or your item is faulty , you can return it. Product must be returned in their original unused condition. Full refund will be provided except a p&p costs. We guarantee a full satisfaction with our product, or your money back. We make sure that all our items are securely packed. If you see any signs of damage on received parcel, please do not sign the delivery card until the courier will write a suitable protocol. Without a courier note we will not be able to make a refund. We value trust, reliable service and the highest standards of quality for price. We do not take any responsibility for fees related to missed delivery or if there is no adult present on the time of delivery.

GUARANTEE

All our products will be subject to a 12 month producer guarantee. The guarantee does not cover:
-Damage caused by non domestic use
-General wear and tear, for example; worn wheels, damaged rain covers, worn/torn fabric.
-Deliberate damage, misuse or neglect
-Product which has been modified, undergone an unauthorized repair or used a non approved spare part.
-Car seats which have been involved in an accident. We recommend all car seats should be replaced if involved in an accident.
-Cosmetic damage
-Matching accessories, e.g. changing bags, cosytoes etc .
We can provide spare parts and repairs for damages which fall outside the scope of the guarantee. Prices are quoted on an individual basis
